Software problem (I.e. deletion by mistake, virus, system malfunction etc): 500 RMB - 1500 RMB
Hardware issues (I.e. shock, harmer-age, circuit board or magnet head damage, mechanical malfunction etc)
- Data recovery without open up the media casing: 1000 RMB - 2500 RMB
- Data recovery including opening up of the media casing in clean bench: 1500 RMB - 4500 RMB
